Initial Assessment

We provide:

  • Rule 25/ Chemical Dependency Assessment

  • For treatment placement and level of care needed

  • Court ordered (ie DWI) 

  • You are concerned you or a loved one may be misusing or abusing substances. 

 Why assessment matters:

  • Getting an assessment takes about an hour. A counselor goes through numerous questions about your history to gain insight on where your use is at, where it started and how long it's been going on. 

  • The assessment determines what level of care is best suited for your individual situation. 

  • If the court has ordered an assessment due to legal issues that may be use related, an assessment will help clarify what is the best course of action for your situation. 

  • If you are wondering whether you are misusing or abusing drugs or alcohol and want clarification or need help in deciding if changes would be beneficial, an assessment can give you guidance on what your use looks like and if changes would be beneficial.
